This is an interesting script that allows you to time the download of a 15k comment and then calculate the connection speed of users modem. It can be useful for redirecting traffic to graphics intense or non-intense pages depending on their modem speed. Be careful that you do not accidentally alter any of the characters in the comment when you get the file. All the connection speed calculations will be incorrect if the comment gets changed even slightly.
