This is a PHP script that adds new users to the .htpasswd file for a password-protected directory. It first checks to see if a .htaccess file exists in the directory you specify. If it doesn exist it creates the file. The program also does some error-checking to ensure that the user doesn already exist and verifies that the passwords match.
