MotorMouth is chat room program. When the user logs in they are asked to choose a colour from a list to help differentiate them from the other users. Once logged in they can send messages in bold, italics, small or large fonts and they can direct comments specifically to other users who are logged in. The administrator can specify the list of colours available; the amount of inactive time before someone is automatically logged out, the speed at which the chat frame is refreshed and a list of words to be blocked.
