WikiWikiWeb is a perl program that permits hundreds of people to work on putting content on the same website at once. You pick a set of authorized editors. Wiki handles making sure they can work together. The editors do not need to know HTML, Wiki lets you type naturally with blank lines to separate paragraphs.
