This is a guestbook CGI script. Everytime an entry is made to the guestbook a thank you confirmation is sent to the user who made the entry and also sends the site admin a notice which contains a exact copy of the entry along with the persons name given, e-mail address, the date of entry and the text of the entry. There is an admin section in case you need to delete a bad taste entry etc. Comes with install script. Demo at the site.

This GB is similar in operations and looks to CGI Guestbook except this version is designed for site owners or webmasters that don want to be plagued by users making bad taste entries using ficticous e-mail addresses. When an entry is made it is written to a temp data file awaiting a confirmation that is sent to users via e-mail. If that confirm link is not activated within 24 hrs, the temp data file is auto scrubbed. Upon confirm site admin is notifed by e-mail and entry is written to active guestbook.
